We perform precision sheet metal processing with CNC bending, pressing, and forming systems, ensuring accurate dimensions, repeatable quality, and compatibility with downstream assembly.
PCB Department
We operate a full-automatic SMD pick-and-place line with stencil printing, wave soldering, and reflow systems, ensuring precise assembly and consistent electronic performance.
Cabling Department
We use high-precision automated cable cutting and stripping machines to prepare conductors with consistent accuracy, ensuring optimal performance in downstream crimping and assembly.
Assembly Department
We assemble finished products by integrating all mechanical, electronic, and plastic components, following standardized procedures to ensure consistent quality and reliable performance.

At ZER Elektronik, our Testing Department safeguards every product with the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance. From environmental and electromagnetic trials to mechanical and functional stress tests, we recreate real- world conditions to ensure our products perform flawlessly in the field.

Our in-house testing facilities not only validate each design but also support ongoing quality assurance. Through routine sampling, we test a representative selection of goods before they leave the factory. This rigorous approach guarantees that our products are built to deliver dependable performance throughout their lifecycles.
