Our Hiring Process
1. Application

Day 0

Find the job that best suits you on our job listings page. Once you’ve read the requirements, complete the application by sending us your resume.

We will be in touch within 5 working days of receiving your application. Your first point of contact will be with our talent team. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself and ask any questions about the position in an online meeting. This step ensures we’re a good fit for each other.

2. HR Meeting

By Day 5

3. Final Interviews

By Day 8

Within 3 working days of that meeting, we’ll let you know if the relevant department would like to proceed with a technical interview. This next stage will focus on your skills and experience. On the same day, you’ll also have a short chat with our general manager.

We’ll share our final decision within 3 working days of your final interview. If successful, you’ll receive your employment contract and next steps. We look forward to welcoming you at the ZER team.
